New Members

New Members​

When new members create their MyTurn accounts, they can optionally sign up for a membership at the same time and pay online. If they already signed up, skip to All New Users below.

Users Without Memberships​

If a member created a MyTurn account but didn’t sign up for a membership, you’ll see a warning when they check out:

Ask the member which membership type they’d like to sign up for. All membership types grant exactly the same privileges. If they choose the “Flexible” option, you can enter the membership fee in the field below. ($0.00, aka free, is a valid option):

If they owe money, then take the payment as usual and record it under Payments. If paying by credit card, use the normal terminal, do not take money via Stripe (the fees are higher).

All New Users​

If the member signed up for MyTurn and already created a membership (or if you just created one above), you must check their ID to ensure they are at least 18 years old. Once you have verified this, click “Update Warning” and delete the warning text:

Finish The Transaction​

Once you have signed them up for a membership (as applicable), checked their ID, and remove the warning, you may add items to the cart and check out as usual.
