Bathroom Keypad Batteries

When the keypad blinks red after entering a code successfully, the batteries are running low. 

Screws to remove the cover are on the inside of the door. It takes a 9V battery. Use non-rechargeable batteries, they should last 5 years or so.

Front Door Keypad Batteries

As a theft prevention measure, the front door keypad is screwed into the info box from the inside. To change the batteries:

  1. Retrieve the info box key from the front desk drawer
  2. Remove the two M3 screws from the inside of the info box; the keypad and cover can now be removed
