Printing Your Model

Finally, you can send the job to the printer. In the upper right hand corner, click “Print Plate”. You’ll see the following dialog:

The correct printer should already be selected.

  • Auto Bed Leveling should remain on
  • Flow Dynamics Calibration should remain on if you just changed the filament. Otherwise, you can uncheck it to save some time.
  • Timelapse should be unchecked, unless you brought a microSD card to record to.

By default, the printer will select the leftmost filament in the AMS - in this case, the red PLA. You can change this by clicking on the icon and selecting your desired filament. Do not choose “External”.

Finally, click “Send” and watch it go! The printer will take 5-7 minutes to heat up and perform some initial checks, but be patient, because these checks are important to ensure the job will succeed! You can monitor the process in Bambu Studio or by looking at the screen on the printer.

Once the job completes, remove the bed again and flex it to unstick your part. Please remove all the plastic from the bed before replacing it to help out the next user 🙂
