State Business Filing

Every year, and whenever someone joins or leaves the board, we must file updated tax documents with the Washington Secretary of State. Any authorized person can file documents via the Corporations and Charities Filing System (CCFS). You do need to make an account to use this website, but it doesn’t need to be associated with Sustainable Capitol Hill.

Once you’re logged in, go to the Annual Report page under Business Maintenance Filings. Search for “SUSTAINABLE CAPITOL HILL” by business name and fill out the required fields from there.
