Marketing

Accountability

- Establish policies to ensure a safe and welcoming space for all patrons, including policies around how to deal with problematic behavior.
- Maintain accountability measures for patrons and volunteers to ensure they are following the organizational rules
- Respond to specific volunteer and patron concerns via the safety reporting form or other means, and amend policies or address individual behavior accordingly.
